In Search of the Perfect Space

Well my hunt continues for a new location. Twice now I thought I had it, but both haven't worked out. Although I was sad on both occasions I always think to myself "then it wasn't meant to be." But I figured since everyone has been kind enough to keep their eyes peeled for a new location for me, that I would write down what I am looking for. As one of my clients said "Cybil, it's in my best interest to find your space…that way it's near me!" So here we go:
- Something in Toluca Lake/Burbank/North Hollywood area.
- It doesn't have to be a shop front or in a "prime" location since I have clients and don't need walk-ins. I am always happy to have this, but it isn't as essential as #1.
- On the smaller side. I like to think "intimate". Ideally 500-600sqft.
- Would really like a ground floor place for my disabled clients.
That's about it. Really it comes down to area. I want to make sure none of my clients have to commute more than 5 or 6 miles to see me.
So everyone keep those phone calls and emails coming. Keep your eyes peeled! I know my perfect space is out there, I just have to find it!

Hello Cybil!
I had a quick question regarding eyebrow regrowth. I know that I have
over-plucked my eyebrows as a teen and into my 20's & probably damaged the
hair follicle root from too much plucking. As a result, my eyebrow hair will
not grow back in certain places (now that I've reached my 30's)....mainly,
it won't grow back between my eyes at all. I worry that my eyebrows look too
far apart or the space between the brows is too severe.
Do you have any suggestions for regrowing eyebrow hair? I've tried
filling in with eyebrow pencil but it always looks so obvious and not
natural.
Are there any topical solutions to help stimulate eyebrow hair growth?
Or is there such thing as false eyebrow hair that you can stick on? I know
these are silly questions. I don't want to have to go to the extreme of

If you have been tweezing a long time then it's very possible that the hair follicle is damaged beyond repair and won't grow back.
Although I've heard a lot of things to try and get the hair to grow back like using Rogain, fish oil, etc I haven't heard of any really working. Which scientifically makes sense since once a follicle is dead it's dead. Now I've been hearing a lot about a new red light or "laser" technology for baldness that if it works could be used for the brows. Hair is hair you know! Unfortunately I don't know much about this technology yet and the effectiveness of it.
My recommendation to you is to find a brow specialist or a good makeup artist who can sell you the tools you can use to create a nicer looking brow, and how to use those tools. Usually a brow gel, two colors of brow shadow (not pencil which is often too dark and as you said "obvious"), and a good brush can create a better brow for you.
But if that still isn't what you are looking for here are some other options:
Permanent Make-up
Find a technician who uses the new individual hair-like strokes technique. It looks very natural as long as they are good at their job and use softer, lighter pigment colors. Brow Transplants
I've had a couple of people email me brow questions after a transplant procedure and although they did have hair, it didn't behave like natural brow hair. Realize that I usually only get emails from people with problems, so there might be a ton of people who have had brow transplants and loved them. Do some research. What I can tell you is that the procedure requires the removal of hair similar to the thickness, texture, color and length on other parts of the body and surgically implants them into the balding areas of the brow. The transplants may take approximately 3 to 6 months to fully grow out and blend in with the rest of the brow, and is considered a minor surface surgery that is both safe and fast.
