While at the Las Vegas skin show this year I took two classes that left me thinking about ways to improve my business and clients lives. Mind you, this has been a HUGE year of transformation for me. My oldest cat passed away. I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. And it’s my eighth year in business. So yes, I’ve been a bit contemplative anyway, but these classes pushed me to think more about what my client really want and need. So I’ve sent out a survey in an effort to find out.
